Booking & cancellation policy


Dear Guest,
We kindly request that you take a moment to review our reservation policy
as you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions by making
a reservation.
J2 is a BBQ dining restaurant where we aim to provide a delightful dining experience for all our guests.

1) Every guest need to take a J2 menu(Set menu) & beverage.
2) The dining duration is set to 2.5 hours.
3) NO Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian available.
4) All the Allergy or Diatery need to be noted within 24 hours.
5) A NO Show fee will be charged NOK 1000NOK per guest.
6) Late & Fail cancellation & Less arrival will be charged as a NO SHOW.
7) Changing or Cancellation must be done within 24 hours
through confirmation e mail yourself.
8) Age Limite over 8 years olds ; NO Kids menu avilable.
9) We take only 8guests for maximum. If you want to have more than 8guest,
you need to take all 20 seating places

Booking and cancellations policy

Dear Guest,
Thank you for booking at J2. We’re kindly asking you to read the reservation policy thoroughly as you automatically accept the following terms and conditions as making reservation.

DURATION AND DELAYS
Your table reservation is allocated for 2.5 hours from the confirmed reservation time. We kindly request that you notify us via email in advance if you anticipate any delays in your arrival.
Please note that we cannot guarantee an extension of the reservation in the event of delays. Unanticipated delays exceeding 30 minutes will result in an automatic cancellation, and your table may be given to someone on our waiting list. In such cases, it will be considered a ‘No Show.’

CANCELLATIONS
Please be informed that you can cancel your reservation through your confirmation email up until 24 hours before your scheduled reservation time.
Kindly note that we do not respond to late cancellations.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS AND ALLERGIES
Before confirming your reservation on the next page, please make sure to inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies for you or your fellow diners. While we strive to accommodate all dietary needs, please understand that J2 is a small restaurant with limited kitchen capacities, and we may not be able to accommodate all allergies.
Unfortunately, we do not offer customization for vegan and vegetarian options.

NO SHOW CONDITIONS
Please be aware that a valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show, the restaurant reserves the right to charge a no-show fee of NOK 1000 per guest.

FOR LARGE GROUPS
For parties of 4 guests or more, we may not be able to guarantee seating at one combined table. However, rest assured, we will always ensure that your party is seated right next to each other.

LESS ARRIAVAL
If your party arrives with fewer guests than originally reserved without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of 1000NOK per person.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING RESERVATIONS
To make changes to your reservation, please contact us via email at post@j2restaurant.no. All cancellations must be made through your confirmation email no later than 24 hours before your reservation. Please note that we do not reply to cancellation requests.

Please ensure clarity and double-check your reservation details.

Age Limit
NO Kid Menu available, However, we warmly welcome children over 8 years old who display good manners and behavior in the restaurantWe kindly ask that you inform us in advance of any children accompanying your party.

Every guest(including Kids) need to take a menu & Beverage each.
